Been mixing dance music since 1993 and started with happy hardcore, have literally gone thru most genres and sub genres in the dance music umbrella! I love playing oldskool tunes i grew up with be it happy hardcore, progressive house, trance, hardhouse or hardtrance. I play current progressive trance and progressive psytrance. I'll also play some oldskool house, progressive trance and progressive house tunes. I have now got my own gear and have invested in the CDJ 2000 Nexus decks and the DJM 2000 Nexus mixer It's awesome gear and i can't wait to get stuck into making new mixes!

“Music is my therapy. I love getting lost in music and the joyful feelings it stirs up in my chest. “ NixXxstaa (a.k.a Nikki Bothwick-Adams) A graduate of Lisa Lashes School of Music. Her love of music started out at a young age when she learned to play the recorder at school, and then went on to learn the saxophone too. Playing in an Orchestra at the age of 12. Nikki’s love of dance music happened in 2006 when she was at a friend’s house and they were playing Lisa Lashes Extreme Euphoria. From that moment she wanted to be a part of the scene and learn how to DJ. In the same year, Nikki found a copy of Virtual DJ and started to learn how to mix tunes together. She also had a regular show on an online radio station “Scouse-Nation” playing all sorts of genres from Scouse to Hardcore and Hardhouse. In 2014, Nikki met “The Madfams” A group of like-minded clubbers who met up at events around the UK. She used to attend after parties where there would be a set of decks. Nikki would take the time to learn how to use them asking for tips from her friends. She realised she caught the bug, and wanted her own set up, so she saved up for a few months, and eventually bought herself some Pioneer CDJ 1000s and a DJM 600 mixer. Every night after work, you would find Nikki in her bedroom practicing until the early hours. This soon paid off and in 2016, she was asked to play her first gig for Hard Hush in Brighton. Nikki has also played at the Madfam Reunion at 414, Brixton and Marvellous Minds, Stoke- on –Trent. In the summer of 2018, Nikki saw an opportunity to join Lisa Lashes School of Music. She applied and was super excited when she got the call to say she had a place on the course. The course has helped her with sharpening up her skills, and learning some new techniques with the mixer. The tutors must have noticed, as she was given the opportunity at Unity of Sound (the event Nikki and the other students created) to go B2B with one of her Idols in the Hardhouse scene “BK”.

Hi I'm Tom also known as DJ Burtside, Heista, B-Sidez I got into the whole electronic side of music when i lived in a little block called George Williams house.... those were the days of pure love and music.... but as the constant repetitive noise coming from the neighbours was doing me head in at first, I grew to love what i then discovered was named happy hardcore... The sound of the electronic happy beats which used to fill your bones with intense euphoric madness sending shivers up your spine... can always remember the first time i heard Angel eyes and your my angel........ well you can guess the rest :D In 2011 i discovered more about different genres and started mixing sounds of Dubstep, Jackin house , Drum & Bass, Electro house Now i do my "showcase" sets which add a multiple genres such as TrapStep, GlitchHop, Dubstep , Jackin , Electro , Deep House , Moonbathon , Drum & Bass , UK Hardcore , Drumstep and Hardstyles Got sucked into raving back in 2009 when i hit global gathering I knew i had potential to become a DJ so i starting mixing for online sites in late 2010 those site include: www.ibass-radio.com www.tongiesgroove.com www.kaotic-ravers.com www.survival-soundz.com www.amnesia-radio.com www.frantikradio.co.uk Started hitting the decks in events in 2012 like Random Xcitement StompHard! 2x Pioneer CDJ 800 Mk2, 2x Technics 1210 Mk2, 1x Pioneer DJM 700, Sennheiser HD25 Mk2. I have joined this website as I have a keen interest in Hard Dance music and as a result have got into mixing as a hobby, I will be uploading various mixes in various styles onto the site.I first started to get into rave music with the north east scene and generally the Makina (Spanish Techno) sound, this was the main style of music I mixed and listened to for the first few years. Hard House is also a style I've always liked from when I got into rave music but have never really had one favourite artist, anything I like the sound of I go for.I then got into UK Hardcore in a big way when then likes of Recon, Squad-E and Gammer came about and generally bought tunes around the start of that era, from labels such as Next Generation, Blatant Beats and Raverbaby, although I've always been a fan of Quosh. As for more recently I have tended to buy UK Hardcore from new artists, if at all. After UK Hardcore I got into the Hard Bounce style a little, but got bored quite quickly. After a year stopped buying tracks. The next genre I found I enjoyed was new Hardstyle from such artists as Activator, D-Block And S-Te-Fan and Showtek, although I've found the genre has now become quite stale.Until recently I bought mostly Hard Dance in its various forms but still have a soft spot for the New Makina sound. I would say i'm 99.9% digital these days. With regards to Makina I've been getting into it quite a lot again and have bought a decent amount from Japan, who now seem to be the guys who make the best stuff. I've also started to buy some vinyl again, this being classic German Trance and Makina.Thats it for now...P.S - All my uploads/mixes have full track lists within the stream/download screen, any extra information required please don't hesitate to email/pm me.ContactsFacebook - Anthony McNishE-Mail - mcnish1985@gmail.com These are some of the DJs/Producers and Labels I'm frequenting atm (who I can remember). DJs & Producers - Technikal, Unit 13, Audox, Rock Shocker, Emilio. Labels - Technikal Recordings, Pandemic Digital, Presence Digital, Fired Up Records, Toolbox Recordings.
